Personal Training and Cricket Coaching

Based in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire, we offer professional personal training and cricket coaching as two dedicated services, each designed to support players and individuals at different stages of their development — with the option to combine both for a complete performance-focused approach.

Sessions are available as 1-to-1, train-with-a-friend, and group options, delivered at Lucy Pigott Centre and Hartley Wintney Cricket Club, and tailored to the needs of each individual or group.

Cricket Coaching

We offer a number of different personal training services suited for various goals including fat loss, muscle building, strength and mobility. Great if you want to feel better generally or whether you want to focus on sport performance. 

Develop Your Skills. Improve Your Game.

Our cricket coaching focuses on technical skill development, game understanding, and confidence on the field. Sessions are suitable for youth and adult players of all abilities, from those learning the fundamentals to experienced club cricketers looking to refine their game.

Looking to Combine the Two?

For those looking to maximise their development, we also offer combined cricket and fitness sessions, blending skill-based coaching with cricket-specific strength and conditioning. This integrated approach helps players move better, perform consistently, and reduce injury risk throughout the season.
